Old client new claim

One of the things that makes us different is that our clients trust us beyond their initial insurance claims to handle future claims or work on their home, business, or church.

Tips and Tricks of the Trade:
- Water that enters your property on ground level from outside generally falls under flooding or sewer/septic backup.
- 20% of Flood claims are not in FEMA recognized flood zones
- For clean, category 1 water losses, if fans and dehumidifiers can be started within 48 to 72 hours it can minimize damages and the extent of the claim.

A client was referred to us who our owner had helped with a previous company. As an IICRC Certified Water Mitigation Company the client brought us in to deal with the water damage. We responded within 24 hours, assessed the damages, andcreated a virtual twin of the water loss for documenting damages. Luckily, it was caught quickly and our team was able to get dehumidifiers and air movers drying out the client’s basement. Due to our quick response, we were able to save the drywall and baseboards. We were also able to get everything dried out. So that a new coat of paint on the baseboards and trim restored the room.

Since the water intrusion was caused by outside ground water coming in from a downspout it was not a covered loss. This meant the homeowner had to pay out of pocket for the mitigation. By working to save restorable materials we were able to keep the home owners out of pocket expenses low.

The Phoenix Difference:
- IICRC Certified Water Restoration Firm
- We treat each client’s property the same whether it is covered by insurance or not
- Our trained employees handle mitigation and remediation, not subcontractors.
- Drying logs and documentation done on every claim and supplied to the client and insurance.

We love that our clients trust us in the present and future because of how we served them in the past.
